La Curio Suffragette Chardonnay 2023

Old fashioned, rich, buttery and fully oaked.  That's the type of chardonnay we keep getting asked for and that's the type of chardonnay La Curio 'Suffragette' Chardonnay is.  Too many times I hear of 20 year-old hipster sommeliers pushing light, racy chardonnay down the throats of customers that enjoy old fashioned oaked chardonnay.  So if you're fed up with light unwooded chardonnay, then please turn your attention to this La Curio. It's aged in heavy hitting oak barrels, undergone 100% malo-lactic fermentation and is made in the old school style which you don't seem to find any more. Like the opening line says, it's old fashioned, rich and buttery and will wine praise from chardonnay drinkers looking for chardonnay with a bit of punch.
